What is MVPA Shopping?

MVPA Shopping is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects local vendors with customers. You can browse and buy products from a wide range of categories including electronics, fashion, food, beauty, sports, toys and more.

How do I place an order?

Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online and track your order from your account dashboard under My Orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with your order number to initiate a return.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime in your account dashboard under My Orders.

I am a vendor — how do I sell on MVPA Shopping?

Register as a customer, then apply for a vendor account from your account dashboard. Once approved by our team, you can list your products and manage orders through your vendor panel.
